D Home Magazine announcement letter:
Every year the editors of D Home get together to nominate our favorite people, places and things in the city. In the ensueing weeks, there are arguments, hurt feelings, and occasionally, things get physical. And when it's all over, we nurse our wounds, mend relationships and publish a list of all that is fabulous in Dallas.
All that being said, congratulations Candis on being named as one of the "2010 Best of Everything" winners.
Please find the enclosed certificate announcing your big win. Feel free to keep it on your person so you can whip it out and show everyone--the policeman who pulls you over, the cashier at the grocery, your ex-spouse--just how awesome you are.
